TERMS OF SALE
The owner of the online store Dreamilydesigns.com (hereinafter the online store) is Dreamily Designs OĆ (registration code 16712122).
Contract validity, product, and price information
The following terms and conditions apply to purchases made from the Online Store.
Prices for products sold in the online store are displayed next to the products. The price includes a fee for the delivery of the goods.
The delivery fee is determined by the buyer's location and the method of delivery. When placing an order, the buyer will be shown the delivery fee. The information about the goods is provided directly next to the goods in the Online Store.
Making an order
To order the goods, add the desired items to the shopping cart. Fill in the required fields and choose the appropriate delivery method to place an order. The fee amount is then displayed on the screen, which can be paid using a bank link or another payment method.
The agreement becomes effective upon receipt of the amount owed to the Online Store's current account.
If the ordered goods are unable to be delivered due to expiration or for any other reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible, and the money paid (including delivery costs) will be refunded immediately, but no later than 14 days after the notice is sent.
Delivery
The goods are sent worldwide
Shipping costs are borne by the buyer and the corresponding price information is displayed next to the shipping method.
Shipments worldwide usually reach the destination specified by the buyer within 14-28 working days from the entry into the beginning of the sales contract.
In exceptional cases, the right to deliver the goods within up to 45 calendar days.
Right of Withdrawal
The buyer has 14 days after receiving the order to withdraw from the contract concluded in the e-shop.
If the buyer is a legal entity, the right to withdraw does not apply.
To exercise the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods must be used only to verify their nature, characteristics, and functionality in the manner permitted for testing goods purchased online.
If the goods have been used for purposes other than determining the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods, or if they show signs of use or wear, the Online Store reserves the right to reduce the refundable fee in proportion to the decrease in the value of the goods.
To return the goods, please send the request to info.dreamilydesigns@gmail.com no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.
The buyer is responsible for the costs of returning the goods unless the reason for the return is that the item to be returned does not correspond to what was ordered (eg a wrong or defective item).
The buyer must return the goods within 14 days or provide proof that the goods were delivered to the carrier within that time frame.
Upon receipt of the returned goods, the online store shall immediately, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal application, refund to the buyer all fees received from the buyer under the contract.
The online store may refuse to issue refunds until the contract item is returned or until the buyer provides proof that the item has been returned, whichever comes first.
If the buyer expressly chooses a delivery method other than the cheapest usual delivery method offered by the Online Store, the Online Store is not required to reimburse the consumer for the cost that exceeds the cost associated with the usual delivery method.
If the price of the goods in the online store is significantly lower than the market price of the goods due to an error, the online store has the right to withdraw from the sale transaction and demand the return of the goods from the buyer.
Right to lodge a complaint
The online store is liable for non-compliance or defect of the contract terms of the goods sold to the buyer that existed at the time of delivery and becomes apparent within 3 months of the goods being delivered to the buyer. During the first month following the delivery of the item to the buyer, the defect must have existed at the time of delivery. It is the Online Store's responsibility to refute the respective assumption.

The online store is not liable for defects that occur after the goods have been delivered to the buyer.
If the goods purchased from the Online Store have defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the defective goods will be repaired or replaced. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Store will refund the buyer's sales contract fees.
Within 14 days, the online store must respond to the consumer's complaint in writing or in a form that can be reproduced in writing.
Personal data processing and direct marketing
The online store only uses the buyer's personal data (name, phone number, address, e-mail address, and bank details) to process the order and ship the goods. In order to deliver the goods, the online store transmits personal data to the transportation companies.
Solving arguments
If the buyer has any complaints about the Online Store, they must be sent to info.dreamilydesigns@gmail.com or called at +372 5919 9984.
If the buyer and the Online Store are unable to reach an agreement, the buyer may file a complaint with the Consumer Disputes Committee. The procedure's terms can be reviewed and an application submitted https://komisjon.ee/et . The Consumer Disputes Committee has jurisdiction over disputes arising from the contract entered into between the buyer and the Online Store. The commission's review of the buyer's complaint is free of charge.
